I have obtained a 7.5KG leg of pork from a local smallholder (Fouracres Smallholding) down here in Norfolk, as well as 4.5kg of Mutton shoulder which will contribute to a Meatfest first! This year we are having a carvery for our sunday tea. Don’t worry there will still be the epic BBQ with more meat than you can shake a sauce at.
